Four Roses Cask Strength Small Batch 2021 Bourbon Whiskey has a strong aroma that includes rich fruity and spicy aromas, along with a hint of caramel and sweet oak. A smooth, mellow, and delightfully lengthy finish follows the palate’s rich, well-balanced aromas of ripened red berries and dry spices.

Concerning Four Roses

The Four Roses Distillery, located close to Lawrenceburg in the peaceful Kentucky countryside on the banks of the Salt River, is a monument to the tenacity and inventiveness of the American people. The distillery, which is now on the National Register of Historic Places, was one of six that were allowed to continue operations during Prohibition. It was constructed in 1910 to mimic the architecture of California wineries.

Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon was the best-selling bourbon in the US after Prohibition ended. Ten years after purchasing the distillery in 1943, Seagram’s stopped selling four roses whiskey. The distillery underwent another ownership transition in 2002, and the new proprietor gave Four Roses a fresh lease on life and purpose.
